This binder system urethane paint offers a wide range of solid, mica, metallic, and pearl colors. It provides good workability, hiding power, and easy application. It can be applied using a wet-on-wet system with Nippon Clear and is also suitable for Solid Direct Gloss finishes with excellent gloss and build.

Mixing Ratio  : 4:1 (base:hardener) using NB200 Solid Basecoat Binder / No Hardener for wet on wet application on metallic, mica and pearl.

Reduction :

A. Metallic/Mica: 70-80% using SOB642, SOB744 or SOB757
B. Solid colors: 30-40% using SOB642, SOB744 or SOB757

Drying Time (@30C air dry) : 

Touch Dry : 30 minutes

Hard Dry : 6 to 8 hours

Pot Life: 8 hours

Packaging : 4 Liter for fast moving tints and 1 Liter for common tints
